Position Overview:

Requirements: ? Certification: Valid Special Education Teacher certification required; specific endorsements (e.g., SPEED) may be necessary depending on location. ? Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Experience: Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher with a strong understanding of diverse learning needs and instructional methods. ? Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. ? Qualities: Patience, empathy, and a dedicated commitment to supporting students with special needs. ? Adaptability: Ability to modify instructional strategies to meet varying student needs and classroom dynamics. ? Problem-Solving: Skilled in addressing educational and behavioral challenges with creative solutions.
