About the Role:

We?re looking for a creative and caring Special Education Teacher to join our virtual team and help students across Colorado reach their full potential. This fully remote role allows you to design personalized learning experiences for students with special needs, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop Tailored Lessons: Create and deliver engaging, personalized lessons that align with each student?s Individualized Education Program (IEP). ? Collaborate with Support Teams: Work closely with families, teachers, and specialists to ensure students get the individualized support they need. ? Virtual Progress Monitoring: Track students' academic and personal development, adjusting strategies to help them thrive. ? Family Engagement: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and strategies for home support.

Qualifications: ? Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Certification: Active Colorado teaching license with a Special Education endorsement. ? Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education; experience with remote teaching is highly preferred. ? Skills: Strong proficiency with virtual learning tools, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
