Customer Service Manager
WORK FROM HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER FULL TIME / PART TIME. (U.S ONLY)
PAY: $35.00 - $37.00/Hour
TRAINING PROVIDED

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Excellent customer service and listening skills with a genuine passion for helping... others
Strong technical and problem solving abilities
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
This is an online work from home job. The working hours are flexible and you can choose to work from anywhere of your choice. Training is available.
