? Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

? Document all customer interactions and actions taken in our systems

? Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

? Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance preferred

? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
