Responsibilities
? Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat.
? Provide accurate information about products and services through online chat.
? Narrow down on appointment details to schedule bookings.
? Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the continuously evolving products and services.
? Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
? Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not mandatory.
? Typing speed of at least 35 WPM; 40 WPM or above is preferred.
? Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills.
? Strong ability to multitask; gaming experience may be beneficial.
? Positive and professional demeanor.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

? Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
? Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
? Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or customer service environment is preferred (2+ years experience).
