Description

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent required

? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

? Ability to work independently in a remote environment

? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

? Reliable high-speed internet connection

? Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities

? Assist customers with their pharmacy-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat

? Process prescription orders and handle billing questions

? Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

? Upsell additional services or products when appropriate

? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

? Stay updated on Amazon Pharmacy policies, procedures, and offerings
