Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails


• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries


• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures


• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service


• Maintain and update customer records in the database

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree preferred)


• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities


• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
