Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer information.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.


• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Proficiency in using customer support software and other computer applications.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
