Job Summary:

AT&T Communication Services is searching for a dedicated, supportive Call Center Operator who can handle various tasks in an efficient, professional manner. As a part-time employee, you will be required to work under 4 hours per shift with a competitive hourly wage. Job Description:

As a Call Center Operator, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering queries, guiding customers through corrective steps, and building strong customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills will assist you in resolving customer complaints, making product recommendations, and providing accurate information to the customers.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.

– Management and resolve customer complaints.

– Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.

– Provide product and service information to customers.

– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

– Follow up on customer calls where necessary.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Proven customer support experience in a call center.

– Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.

– Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

– Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Educational Qualifications:
