Job Description


As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main role will be helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and problem-solve.


Responsibilities


– Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.


– Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.


– Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.


– Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.


– Advise on company information.


Requirements


– High school diploma or equivalent.


– Proven customer support experience.


– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.


– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.


– Excellent communication and presentation skills.


– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience


Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.


Educational Qualifications
