**Job Description:**

The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering and directing incoming calls, providing information, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers

– Direct calls to the appropriate person or department
