Job Description:

Data Solutions Inc. is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining data accuracy. This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our team’s success.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into our company databases and systems
• Verify and update data to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency across various projects
• Identify and correct data entry errors
