Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.


• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathetic and effective solutions.


• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
