Job Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Executives. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $18. You will be working with one of the leading companies in customer service, such as Concentrix, located in California. Job Description
As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. You will follow communication scripts, handle customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and escalate cases as necessary. Your primary goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers? needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to the right candidates.
