Oversee the review process to uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of Airbnb policies and review processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones and guest availability.

Proven experience in managing customer disputes and resolutions.

U.S.-based candidates preferred.
