In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel plans, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Requirements

? Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
? Maintain a thorough knowledge of Delta?s services, policies, and procedures.
? Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Educational Qualifications
