What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist staff with various administrative tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines in the pharmacy department
• Label and assign incoming faxes to ensure timely pharmacy turnaround times
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members and provider offices to resolve claims and provide updates
• Organize and prioritize administrative and clinical tasks based on importance and impact on members and providers
• Manage specialty drug inventory, including accepting deliveries, stocking, and returning expired products

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with faxing systems and administrative processes
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations
