Key Responsibilities
? Chart the Course: Define the vision and roadmap for our chat products using customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
? From Idea to Launch: Prioritize features, define requirements, and lead the development process from concept to launch.
? Data Detective: Utilize metrics, analytics, and user feedback to make informed decisions that optimize our products.
? Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the board.

Requirements
? 4+ years of product management or similar experience in a tech company.
? Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and make tough decisions.
? Strong understanding of customer needs with a passion for creating effective solutions.
? Proficiency in data analysis to drive product decisions.
? Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with chatbots or live chat products.
? Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
