? Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers aboard Delta?s flights.

? Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and coordinate with the cockpit crew.

? Serve meals and refreshments and sell onboard duty-free goods where applicable.

? Provide special attention to passengers with additional needs, such as children, the elderly, or those with disabilities.

? Manage in-flight sales and maintain a sales record.

? Remain calm and assist in managing in-flight emergencies and unruly passengers.

? Administer first aid to passengers where necessary. ? *Requirements:**

? Minimum age of 21 years.

? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

? Fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

? Ability to reach an overhead bin and stand, walk, kneel, and bend with ease.

? Capable of managing multiple tasks in a confined area during flight.

? Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

? Must be able to successfully complete a background check, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history, and pre-employment drug test.

? Must be in possession of a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel. ? *Educational Qualifications:**

? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

? Further certifications in hospitality, tourism, or related fields are advantageous.
? *Experience:**

? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
