Responsibilities: ? Provide engaging and individualized instruction tailored to each student?s unique needs and learning style ? Create and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and school personnel ? Record and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and materials as needed ? Give regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavioral progress ? Work closely with other educators, therapists, and specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student?s education ? Promote a positive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master?s degree preferred ? Current teaching license or equivalent certification in Special Education for the state of Virginia ? Minimum of two years of past experience working with students with disabilities in a classroom or remote setting ? Understanding of remote teaching platforms and educational technology ? Capacity to create and adapt instructional materials for online learning ? Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail
