    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and track eligibility for various job-protected leaves, including FMLA and other statutory leaves
  • Administer a caseload of up to 150 claims in compliance with industry best practices
  • Serve as a resource for clients and staff regarding leave requirements and internal policies
  • Update claim files and notes accurately in the system
  • Coordinate return-to-work efforts with claimants, providers, and clients
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative office environment for Level I; 3-5 years of leave management experience for Level IV
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to document files accurately
  • Understanding of Federal and statutory regulations regarding FMLA, CFRA, and PDL
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and web applications
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in leave management or disability claims administration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to educate and counsel on sensitive issues
  • Good planning and organization skills in a high-volume work environment
  • Familiarity with ERISA guidelines and Disability Plan Documents
