What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Operate cranes to lift and move materials and objects safely and efficiently
• Plan all lifts and manage safety protocols during crane operation
• Conduct rigging inspections and daily equipment checks
• Respond to hand and verbal commands from riggers or helpers
• Inspect work for compliance with contract plans and specifications, taking corrective action as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in the field or related area
• Strong working knowledge of crane operation and safety protocols
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with management and coworkers
• Proficiency in using electrical, hand tools, power tools, and measurement tools
• Valid driver's license and applicable crane operation certification (NCCCO, NCCER, or CIC)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• TWIC - Transportation Worker Identification Credential
• Experience working in construction environments with exposure to changing weather conditions
• Familiarity with safety regulations and project rules in construction settings
