Requirements
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Basic computer skills
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
– Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
– Provide detailed information about our products and services
– Process returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent required
– Additional training or education in customer service is a plus
Experience
– Prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
