Job Description

Amazon Inc. is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the frontline liaison between Amazon and our valued customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience. This role is critical to maintaining Amazon’s reputation for excellent customer service and involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred


• Previous customer service experience is a plus


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat channels


• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively


• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies


• Document and update customer records based on interactions


• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction


• Continuously improve through feedback and training sessions

Educational Qualifications
