Job Description


As a Cabin Crew Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during their journey. You will be the face of Delta, providing exceptional customer service and support while adhering to safety protocols and airline regulations.


Responsibilities


– Ensure the safety of all passengers by demonstrating safety procedures and conducting pre-flight checks.


– Provide outstanding customer service throughout the flight, including serving meals and beverages.


– Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion.


– Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied children.


– Collaborate with fellow crew members to maintain a positive and efficient cabin environment.


– Handle in-flight emergencies with a calm and decisive approach, following established protocols.


Requirements


– Must be at least 18 years of age.


– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.


– Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.


– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.


– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.


– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.


– Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and reach overhead compartments.


Educational Qualifications


– High School Diploma or equivalent is required.


– A degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


Experience


– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.


– Flight attendant experience is a plus but not a prerequisite.
