Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Advisor to join our team in Washington. As a Service Desk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
– Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
– Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service
