Job Description


As an Airline Passenger Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and assistance to ensure a smooth travel experience. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on flight information, baggage policies, and any other passenger concerns.


Responsibilities


– Assist passengers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, and general airline policies.


– Resolve passenger issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.


– Provide accurate information about baggage policies and assist with lost baggage claims.


– Ensure a positive travel experience for all passengers by maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.


– Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless support.


– Maintain updated knowledge of airline services and policies to provide accurate information.


Requirements


– High school diploma or equivalent.


– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


– Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise.


– Basic computer skills for data entry and information retrieval.


– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
