Requirements

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence.

2. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting.

3. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

4. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct telephonic assessments of patients to evaluate their medical conditions and determine the appropriate level of care.

2. Provide medical advice and guidance to patients based on clinical protocols and best practices.

3. Document patient interactions and assessments accurately in the EMR system.

4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments as necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care.

5. Educate patients on managing their medical conditions, medications, and follow-up care.

6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry standards.

7. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

– Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence.

Experience
