Job Description

As a Product Usability Analyst at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience across our vast array of products and services. Your primary focus will be to analyze user interactions with our products, identifying pain points and areas for improvement. By employing various usability testing methods, you will gather insights that will inform design decisions and contribute to the overall user satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to ensure that usability best practices are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations that align with customer needs and business goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible for designing and conducting usability tests, both in-person and remotely. You will create detailed reports that highlight key findings, user feedback, and suggested improvements. Your ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams will be essential in driving design iterations and enhancing product usability.

You will also monitor user feedback channels, such as customer reviews and surveys, to gather qualitative insights that complement your quantitative data. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in usability and user experience will ensure that you bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Requirements

– Bachelor? degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in usability analysis or user experience research.

– Proficiency in usability testing tools and methodologies.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

– Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
