Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Virtual Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative telehealth team. As a Virtual Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care through telehealth platforms, allowing our patients to access essential healthcare services from the comfort of their homes. This remote role will enable you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions, ensuring an exceptional standard of care for our patients.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide health education and counseling. You will use your clinical expertise to support patient wellness, prevent disease, and manage chronic conditions efficiently. Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in your state of practice.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Proficient in telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient consultations, including detailed medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Follow up with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health system.

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
