Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience


• Experience in telehealth or remote care is a plus


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage and health advice to patients


• Coordinate care plans and follow-up appointments


• Educate patients on their health conditions and treatment options


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care


• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EHR system


• Participate in continuous education and training programs


• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Educational Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing


• Current RN licensure in the state of residence

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting


• Previous telehealth or remote care experience preferred
