**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer support via phone, email, or chat.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple hardware, software, and services.

3. Educate customers on various features and functionalities of Apple products.

4. Document customer interactions and technical solutions efficiently.

5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Apple.

6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.

7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Apple products and initiatives.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma required; advanced technical education or certification preferred.

2. Strong understanding of Apple products and operating systems.

3. Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally in the tech industry.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to work part-time hours, primarily evenings and weekends.

6. Access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment and a reliable internet connection.

7. Technical acumen and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
