Salary: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour

Job Description

As an Amazon Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering Amazon packages to customers on time and with great care. You will work a full-time schedule, typically 8-hour shifts, covering various routes in Illinois. This role requires strong communication skills, a dedication to customer service, and the ability to work independently while adhering to delivery guidelines and safety protocols.

Drivers will use company-provided delivery vehicles and technology to navigate routes and ensure accurate and timely deliveries. You will handle packages of various sizes and weights, and may occasionally need to interact with customers to provide excellent service. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record


• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• Must pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Amazon packages to customers


• Follow specified delivery routes and schedules


• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages


• Use handheld devices to manage delivery information


• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers


• Handle packages with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition


• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
