7. Ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies and regulations.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in an operations management role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team.
4. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and operations-related software.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions under pressure.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
– Advanced degrees or professional certifications related to management or operations are advantageous.
**Experience:**
– At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role, with a strong preference for experience in the media, entertainment, or related sectors.
