**Job Description:**

As the Maintenance Operations Lead at Disney, you will oversee the daily activities of the maintenance department, ensuring all operations align with our high standards of service and safety. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple projects, optimize team performance, and contribute to the enhancement of our guest experiences.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate maintenance efforts across various facilities, ensuring all are in pristine condition. This involves direct supervision of the maintenance staff, developing effective maintenance strategies, and liaising with other operational teams to facilitate uninterrupted service. You will also be responsible for implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and enforcing maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal functioning of all systems and equipment.

2. Managing a team of technicians and custodial staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

4. Overseeing the inventory management of tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability and operational readiness.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in facilities management or operational maintenance.

– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Bachelor? degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

**Experience:**

– Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within maintenance or facilities management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
