Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telephonic Health Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Telephonic Health Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with health-related inquiries, managing patient records, and providing essential support to ensure a seamless healthcare experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering guidance, support, and information on various health services provided by CVS Health. Requirements
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

– Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
– Answer inbound calls from clients regarding health-related inquiries
– Provide accurate information about CVS Health services and programs
– Document client interactions and maintain detailed records
– Assist clients in scheduling appointments and follow-up care
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address client needs
– Educate clients on health management and wellness resources
– Handle and resolve client complaints with empathy and professionalism

Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience
