Job Description


As a Consumer Product Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience with our products. Your main objective will be to gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed reports and presentations to share your findings with stakeholders.


You will also engage with customers directly, conducting surveys and interviews to gain deeper insights into their experiences with our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with consumer concerns will be invaluable in this role. Furthermore, you will monitor market trends and competitor products to ensure that Amazon remains a leader in consumer satisfaction.

Requirements


– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


– Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer product management or experience-related roles.


– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.


– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


– Experience with customer feedback platforms and survey tools.


– Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies.
