As a Logistics and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing shipping schedules, and ensuring that every component required for operations is available and delivered on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align operational strategies with broader business objectives, optimizing workflow and contributing to cost reduction efforts.

Your daily tasks will include analyzing logistical processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions. You’ll also manage databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee and manage the entire supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

2. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.

3. Implement strategic logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure resource availability.

5. Maintain comprehensive documentation of logistics operations, including procurement details, supply chain data, and inventory records.

6. Develop and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

7. Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external laws and regulations affecting logistics operations.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management.

3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

7. Experience in a remote work environment preferred.
