Job Description:

As an Amazon Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. You will be driving a company-provided vehicle and will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering packages to residential and commercial locations.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old.

2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

3. Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

4. Strong customer service and communication skills.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

6. High school diploma or equivalent.

7. Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:

1. Load packages into the delivery vehicle at the beginning of the shift.

2. Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle.

3. Deliver packages to customers’ locations in a timely and professional manner.

4. Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws.

5. Use handheld devices to scan packages and update delivery status.

6. Communicate with the dispatch team regarding any delivery issues or delays.

7. Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns.

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
