As a part-time, remote position, you will provide personalized support to Apple customers via phone, chat, or email, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and with a high level of satisfaction.


You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with a wide range of inquiries such as technical issues, billing questions, and support with Apple services and ecosystem. The position demands a deep understanding of Apple products and the ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly and effectively.


Candidates should be empathetic, detail-oriented, and excellent communicators. Familiarity with iOS, macOS, and other Apple software is crucial. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including possible evenings or weekends.


**Requirements**


1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.


2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.


3. Familiarity with Apple? ecosystem of products and services.


4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


5. High school degree; further education or certification in customer service or IT is a plus.


6. Excellent communication skills in English (additional language is a plus).


7. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with disciplined time management.


**Responsibilities**


1. Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer inquiries.


2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.


3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.


4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
