We're hiring a full-time Member Contact Center Representative to join our growing team! This position is located at our Member Contact Center on St. At Firefighters Community Credit Union, we believe people are far more than just their credit score. Our members truly make a difference: their deposits fund other member loans, and those loans help to keep both our rates and fees low. Our ideal candidate thrives on providing exceptional member service via phone, email and online chat from a non-member facing call center environment. We're looking for individuals with a desire to respond to member financial inquiries; uncover opportunities and recommend... appropriate financial solutions to help maintain the member's relationship with the credit union. Good credit is important to us, as we are a financial institution.
Assist members with service requests and provide solutions on a variety of financial accounts.
