Position Overview
As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Neuromonitoring Associates, you will play a vital role in building our workforce by identifying and securing the best healthcare talent across the United States. You will work collaboratively with our operational teams to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with our company's objectives. Your expertise in candidate relationship management and your seasoned approach to HR and Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in driving results.
Responsibilities
Utilize your deep understanding of employment law to ensure HR department compliance and manage employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, and starter packs.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and internal databases, such as holiday and leave tracking.
Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for various healthcare positions across the US.
Collaborate closely with operational partners to devise strategic recruitment plans aligned with company needs and goals.
Leverage technology for effective candidate relationship management, building and sustaining cold/warm leads, referrals, and other potential prospects.
Provide guidance and direction to hiring managers and operational partners.
Coordinate candidate interviews via phone, video calls, and in-person, including necessary travel arrangements.
Foster engagement with candidates in the hiring process, ensuring their continued interest.
Collaborate with hiring managers for candidate selection, ensuring the best match for their teams.
Develop and maintain partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders through routine meetings and strategy discussions.
Oversee the offer process from initial extension to closing and acceptance.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers even during non-active hiring periods.
Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for various locations.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Engage in proactive discussions to identify improvement opportunities within the recruitment process.
Utilize creative methods such as social media, career fairs, conferences, cold calls, and campus visits to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate all recruiting job fairs and attend society-related conferences.
Working Conditions
Remote work schedule: Monday to Friday
Availability during non-scheduled work hours
In-person meetings and travel required
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Comfortable sitting for extended periods
