  • **Document Preparation:** Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and various documents, ensuring adherence to company standards and confidentiality protocols.

  • **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement within administrative functions and collaborate with the team to implement new procedures.

  • ? *Requirements:**
  • **Education:** Associate?s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software. Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace) is a plus.
