Customer Service Agent - Remote Call Center

Job Title: Remote Account Specialist

Reports To: Call Center Supervisor

Position location: This is a remote position; however candidates must reside in the states of KS, MO, or OK in order to be considered

Job Summary

Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.

What you?ll do:
? Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the department?s vision of a customer centric call center
? Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product
? Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
? Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
? Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
? Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance... options when available
? Submit applications and relay results to the customer
? Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate
? Maintain database on new and existing customers
? Meet quality and productivity goals
? Other duties as assigned

Remote work requirements: ? Reside in Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri ? Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10Mbps (satellite based ISP's are not compatible) ? Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled ? Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction

Other requirements: ? High School Diploma or GED ? 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
