Window Service Technician $23-$25 hour

Pay Rate: $23-$25 an hour A Field Service Technician I job in the Midwest Region of MI Windows & Doors reporting to Chicago, IL. Entry level technician that trains and completes field service-related tasks. Team member will shadow current technician and learn the day-to-day tasks of Field Service. Calling Service Contacts to set up appointments and communicate directly. ? Knowledge of products and how to troubleshoot. ? Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily and climb up a ladder up to 40 ft. Qualifications: ? High School education. ? Communication Skills. ? Customer Service experience and ability. ? Ability to drive and operate company vehicle. This includes maintenance. ? Service-related work with windows and doors or at least experience with windows and doors. ? Willing to travel during the week. ? Computer skills and Microsoft Office ? 3-5 years in warranty related work concerning windows and doors is desired. ? Knowledge of MITER Brands products ? 3-5 years customer service experience ?
