As a senior manager, social impact stores & hometown, you will lead a team to deliver our commitments to supporting our Social Impact portfolio and advancing our Community Promise ? to contribute positively. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver innovation, development, and execution of programming that impacts Partners, local communities and customers. You will build and maintain effective strategic relationships with nonprofits, industry leaders, and key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to drive broader impact and alignment.

As a senior manager, social impact stores & hometown, you will?:
? Leading others: Set goals and priorities for an overall working team, while focusing on developing organizational capability and modeling how we work together. Identify and communicate key responsibilities to individual partners and promote a can-do attitude to achieve business results while driving meaningful impact. Manage direct report(s), coaching and supporting their growth and development.
? Driving program strategy & design: Oversee and continuously optimize large-scale, complex, and highly visible portfolio, program, and project strategies, distilling data and insights from the business, stakeholders, and subject matter expertise.
? Leading through ambiguity and ability to pivot in highly dynamic organization: Confident in challenging the status quo and turning uncertainties into advantages by nimbly adapting plans.
? Influencing cross-functional teams across the enterprise: Influence and lead high performing cross-functional teams, and engages team members in projects and programs.
? Cultivating collaborative relationships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key organizations to advance key social impact priorities, actively engaging with both community and internal stakeholders to further partnership goals, collaboration, and impact.

We?d Love To Hear From People With
? 5+ years of experience managing teams of direct reports
? 5+ years of experience building new strategies, managing multiple complex programs, and influencing others within organizations at scale
? 5+ years of diversified experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, and/or strategy development, with an ability to bring insight and subject matter expertise on social impact trends, practices, and innovations
? 5+ years experience in developing and managing national stakeholder relationships and partnerships
? Strong experience and story-telling ability to build and present executive level presentations
? Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing social impact and communications strategies with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
? Strong ability to organize and manage cross-functional teams, with an ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment, work with a high level of professional maturity, and aptitude for navigating large, ambiguous, and matrixed organizations
? Demonstrated project management experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
? Experience clearly and concisely synthesizing and reporting on complex and diverse programs for a diverse group of audiences
