We are looking for an Allocation Analyst to join our dynamic team! Within this role, you will support the creation, management and execution of all allocation and replenishment strategies, as well as inventory plans at the product/category/item level that support the financial goals and product strategies for your area of responsibility. As an Allocation Analyst, you will also be responsible for providing the team with relevant data and analysis throughout the product lifecycle.
How You'll Make an Impact:
? Run replenishment as business rules dictate, synthesizing large data sets to analyze and determine replenishment methodology to be used by category and item (e.g. WOS vs. replenishment to minimums). Use demand forecasts to inform decisions at SKU/location level
? Maintain store models by style/color/size for all current season items. Manage list of items on replenishment vs. off depending on each item's stage in product life cycle
? Analyze class and product group performance by store, factor in store sales curves, over-stock/under-stock position, and customize size profile for each store
? Analyze seasonal and core replenishment size selling. Create size curves for seasonal and core buys
? Analyses in-stock position for company defined basic items, developing store model stock quantities by style by size by store. Communicates reorder needs by size to Planning & Merchant teams regularly
? Develops allocation strategies to support the flow of inventory during peak periods and to support stores that have unique events, space constraints, and other factors
? Identify and escalate inventory issues to manager in a prompt manner
? Support Merchant and Planning team in developing store groups for test buys and helping analyze test results
? Communicate with stores to help them maximize their business. Review, analyze and respond to product requests from stores
? Additional responsibilities as required
What You'll Need to Succeed:
? 3 years of related work experience preferably in sized fashion retail or sku-intensive business
? Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including building and applying advanced formulas such as VLOOKUPs, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, IF functions, etc.
? Tech-saavy with the aptitude to learn applications, systems, and softwares quickly
? Excellent organization skills, time management and task flexibility including the ability to multitask and change priorities in a fast-paced environment
? This is a hybrid position; Periodic travel to our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ is required.

The hiring rate for this position is $58000 - $62000 / year. The actual pay may vary based on a number of factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, competencies, and may fall outside of the range shown.
