NTT DATA is currently seeking Remote Customer Care Associates to join our Providence, RI team.
? Must be located in RI, CT, or MA, and have reliable transportation and be available

to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required.
? Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST)

and Saturday or Sunday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST).

Responsibilities
? Answering members inbound calls regarding verification of health insurance benefits, eligibility and claim status.
? Supporting less experienced team members and handling escalated issues.
? Interacting with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
? Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.
? Strong focus on quality including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
? Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.

Required
? High school Diploma or GED.
? 3+ year experience in customer service.
? 3+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts.
? 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.
? Minimum internet speed of 20 upload/20 download.
? Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required.
? Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday or Sunday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The hourly rate for this remote role is $20.00. This rate reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications
