This insurance agency is 7 years young and growing its business with primarily fully remote employees. It's an exciting time to come on board for those of you interested in joining a firm that is still building its structure, its culture, its processes - and that is looking for you to bring with you your thoughts and ideas on how to help shape all of those areas.

Role:

Soup-to-nuts account management responsibilities for a book of commercial lines risks

?Generalist? Book

Their business is typically small-to-lower-middle-market commercial P&C risks, across all lines and industry verticals

Primary markets include Travelers, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, CNA

This role is perfect for someone who wants the opportunity to advance into a leadership position

Ideal skillset:

You have at least a couple of years? experience under your belt (but probably 5+) managing a book of commercial lines P&C risks of a similar size and scope, for a retail insurance agency

You have a level of confidence and knowledge strong enough to be able to add value quickly

You have the maturity and independence to be able to work remotely full time

A genuine interest in being a part of a young, growing firm with lots of runway still left in their journey

We don?t expect you to bring the same passion for growing the business as the founder, but we?re looking for someone who will bring a positive energy to the cause every day

You want to work somewhere that wants to hear your thoughts and ideas on improving how they do business
