What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Oversee and manage the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
? Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
? Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a strong team
? Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
? Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
? Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
? Experience managing a remote team
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
? Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
